1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop jonasriedlerart.com.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase agreement is concluded with Jonas Riedler art. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, you submit a binding offer. Acceptance is made by an order confirmation via e-mail.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Euro. Shipping costs are shown in the order process.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.

Delivery is made to the specified delivery address. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you took possession of the goods.

Note: In the case of individually made artworks (commissioned works), the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply.

9. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
