Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you the purchase price of the goods without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

⚠️ Important: The shipping costs (original delivery costs) will NOT be fully refunded for a more expensive shipping option. According to § 11 FAGG, we are only obliged to refund the standard delivery price, unless you have chosen a more expensive shipping option. If you have chosen a more expensive shipping method, you bear the difference yourself.

⚠️ Important: The costs of return shipping are borne exclusively by the buyer. We do not cover any return shipping costs. Please organize and pay for the return shipping yourself and at your own expense.

For the repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days.

You must compensate for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, properties and functioning of the goods.
