1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop jonasriedlerart.com.

2. Contracting Party

The purchase contract is concluded with Jonas Riedler art. If you have any questions, we are happy to assist you.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting the order, you make a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in euros. Shipping costs will be indicated during the ordering process.

5. Payment

Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop.

6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the specified delivery address. Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Note: For custom-made artworks (commissioned works), the right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with § 18 Abs. 1 Z 3 FAGG.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under Austrian law apply.

9. Applicable Law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention.

10. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
