Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you the purchase price of the goods without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal.

⚠️ Important: The shipping costs (original delivery costs) will NOT be fully refunded for more expensive shipping options. According to § 11 FAGG, we are only obliged to refund the standard delivery price unless you chose a more expensive shipping option. If you chose a more expensive shipping method, you will bear the difference yourself.

⚠️ Important: The costs of returning the goods are to be borne solely by the buyer. We do not cover return shipping costs. Please organize and pay for the return shipment yourself and at your own expense.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed upon with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen days have expired.

You will be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
